When I walk a property I look at the things a generalist agent misses — soils, road frontage, bank barns, water, Clean & Green status, tenant leases, easements, and what it actually takes to keep a farm operating.
Most of my work today is selling farms, farmland, hunting land, recreational acreage, preserved farms, inherited farms, farmettes, and rural homes with acreage. I also represent buyers and sellers on country homes and rural real estate when it's the right fit.
